The water removed during lyophilization is almost 100% pure, the taste and appearance, but above all all the minerals, vitamins and nutrients remain in the fruit or vegetable. We place the logo in a somewhat unusual place, right below the name of the flavor, and the user perceives it as a promise that does not cover the best – the content – with anything.
